Shipping & Returns Policy

1. SHIPPING FEES & CONDITIONS

1.1. Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands

  • Orders above €150: free shipping
  • Orders below €150: shipping fee €7.95
  • Returns: flat fee of €8.50 (deducted from refund)
  • Standard delivery time: 1–4 business days

1.2. Rest of the European Union

  • Orders above €250: free shipping
  • Orders below €250: shipping fee €19.95
  • Returns: at the customer’s own expense
  • Delivery time: 2–6 business days depending on country

1.3. Rest of the World

  • Flat shipping fee €49.95 (regardless of order amount)
  • Returns: at the customer’s own expense
  • Delivery time varies by destination (customs may apply)

2. RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and packed in their original packaging.

  • If you return your entire order, complimentary items (e.g., tote bag, gifts) must also be returned

  • Incomplete, damaged, washed, or stained items will not be refunded.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive your parcel.

3. HOW TO RETURN

3.1. Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands

  • Register your return through your customer account.
  • Print the return label provided and drop the parcel at the nearest collection point.
  • Return fee: €7.95, deducted from your refund.

3.2. Rest of EU & Rest of World

  • Returns are at your own expense.

4. REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed within 24 hours after receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Once confirmed by email, refunds are effective within 7 business days.
  • If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card code will be issued for the value of the return.
