Exchange & Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and packed in their original packaging.
- If you return your entire order, complimentary items (e.g., tote bag, gifts) must also be returned
- Incomplete, damaged, washed, or stained items will not be refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive your parcel.
How to return?
- Register your return through your customer account.
- Print the return label provided and drop the parcel at the nearest collection point.
- Return fee: €7.95, deducted from your refund.
