Exchange & Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and packed in their original packaging.
If you return your entire order, complimentary items (e.g., tote bag, gifts) must also be returned
Incomplete, damaged, washed, or stained items will not be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive your parcel.

How to return?

Print the return label provided and drop the parcel at the nearest collection point.
